A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to solicit competitive sealed bids from licensed, qualified firms to establish a contract for the renovations to an existing multi-story structure encompassing all trades on behalf of Richmond Behavioral Health Authority. This project includes: renovation of the first floor of the Richmond Behavioral Health Authority Headquarters Building to create new office spaces. Some of the existing walls, finishes, and systems will be removed. New walls and finishes will consist of gypsum board on metal studs, ACT and gypsum board ceilings, carpet, and tile. New VAV boxes and branch ductwork will be required for the HVAC system. A new toilet will be included. New electrical panels and distribution will be required Time of Completion: The Bidder understands that time is of the essence, and if awarded a contract, the Contractor agrees to commence work under the contract immediately upon written order of the Owner and to diligently prosecute the Work and to complete all work as described herein 210 days after Notice to Proceed (Performance Time).
