The City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota will receive sealed Bids for the cleaning and televising of sanitary sewer pipe, City Project No. MH202004. The proposed project includes cleaning and televising sanitary sewer pipe, located in paved right-of-ways and unpaved easements, traffic control and appurtenant work, consisting of the following approximate quantities: CLEAN AND TELEVISE 14,536 LF of 8" 12" pipe in right-of-ways 2,748 LF of 8" 18" pipe in unpaved easements TELEVISE ONLY 54,547 LF of 8" 15" pipe in right-of-ways 3,146 LF of 6" 9" pipe in unpaved easements. Bids shall be for the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment to perform all the Work in connection with the above stated project. All Bids must be accompanied by a Cash Deposit, Certified Check or Bid Bond, made payable to the City of Mendota Heights, Minnesota in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of Bid, conditioned that if the Bidder is the successful Bidder, he will enter into an Agreement with the City in accordance with said bid and will furnish such Performance and Payment Bids as are specified. If the Bidder fails to enter into an Agreement, this deposit will be forfeitaed as liquidated damages to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive any informalities in Bidding. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of opening of the Bids.
