Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a municipal facility in Hatton, North Dakota. Conceptual plans call for the addition of a 2,885-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Work generally includes but is not limited to: 1)Site work including site clearing, earthwork, excavation, landscaping, utilities and concrete. 2)General construction work including concrete footings, masonry or cast in place concrete foundations, concrete flatwork, wood framing, building insulation, siding, shingles, hollow metal and wood doors and frames, aluminum entrances, fiberglass windows, finish hardware, glazing, gypsum board, acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet, painting, signage, toilet and bath accessories, window treatments and cabinetry; 3)Mechanical plumbing, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and fire protection; 4)Electrical service, power distribution, heating, lighting and fire alarm. The CM will not be required to provide a bidders' bond but will be required to provide a a Performance and Payment Bond. The Owner intends to award the contract within 10 days however reserves the right to hold all bids for a period of 30 days after the date of the CM bid presentation to the Owner, reject any or all bids and advertise anew until a satisfactory bid is received and/or award a contract to the lowest responsive bidder which the Owner deems to be in his own best interest. No bid will be read or considered which does not fully comply with the requirements of this advertisement and/or other bidding and contract documents. Any deficient bid submitted may be resealed and returned to the bidder immediately. Access to the Project site for the purpose of Pre-bid Observation will not be restricted. All bidders are strongly encouraged to visit the site. The Owner encourages participation of local general contractors and/or subcontractors in the bidding process.
