The Scope of Work for the Barn Event Center located at Farmers Branch Historical Park includes new building shell work, interior finish-out, and site work for an event center building, with exterior walls of metal studs and wood siding construction, as shown on project drawings. All answers to project questions submitted by 5:00 pm CST July 18, 2022 should be responded to in the form of addendum and posted to eletronically 4-5 days prior to bid closing.
