We are seeking bids to trim and/or remove potentially dangerous trees on city property which has road and parking lot access. Type of Award Lump sum Site 1 - Eucalyptus (2970 Hilltop Mall Road - South End of Parking Lot):Access from parking lot or from Hilltop Dr., above site. Facing South, starting left side, remove 2 hangers from Eucalyptus and trim the trees they are in to just above lowest crotch (can chip on site)Next 2 Eucalyptus going right, trim trees to avoid wind driven overhang (top about half way) Going right, very large Eucalyptus has 2 false tops, remove thoseRemove small Eucalyptus to the right of last tree, located diretly across from fire hydrant (can leave butt logs on site)Site 2 - Pine (2991 Hilltop Drive - Just West of Shane Drive):Access from Hilltop Dr. Remove all Pines with DBA greater than 4 inches, proceed West from Shane Dr. (12 pines)Proper traffic control required, must take out right traffic lane to access. Chip in place all brush, leave all logs Contractor is responsible for any damage to City or Private property resulting from work on this project.
