Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The project includes the construction of approximately 600 linear feet of 8-feet wide paved pathway. Approximate quantities include 785 CY of excavation, 250 CY of base course, 1,510 CY of structural fill, and 55 tons of plant mix pavement. Other work items include bank construction, installation of retaining wall, tree removal and trimming, grading, pavement markings, and other related site work. Questions regarding bid documents and the project shall be submitted before 5:00 PM on October 5, 2020 MBE: 4.4% WBE: 6.9% Wherever possible throughout the Contract Documents, the minimum acceptable quality of workmanship and materials has been defined by manufacturer's name and catalog number, reference to recognized industry and government standards, or description of required attributes and performance. To ensure that the specified products are furnished and installed in accordance with design intent, procedures have been established for advance submittal of design data and for their review by Owner's Engineer. Make all submittals required by the Contract Documents, and revise and resubmit as necessary to establish compliance with the specified requirements.
