For 229 Carlisle Street Demolition The work performed in this contract includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment, and materials as required by the Contract Drawings, and as specified herein, for the 229 Carlisle Street Demolition in Hanover Borough. Work includes the complete demolition and legal disposal of the structure at 229 Carlisle Street, including all extraneous items throughout the property, capping of public utilities, brick repair and partial foundation wall parging of 227 Carlisle Street (adjoined structure), and backfill and site restoration to provide a uniformly graded and maintainable/mowable site. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to the Borough of Hanover in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Borough of Hanover reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids. Requests for clarification are due Thursday, October 8, 2020 5:00:00 PM [(UTC-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)].
