Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 34,500-square-foot, three-story above grade museum.
Project consists of the remodel of existing building (Manor and Pool House) to house a museum for Art. Project will be Design Bid Build project delivery.
