Remodeling and renovation of a mixed-use development in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 34,500-square-foot, three-story above grade museum.
Project consists of the remodel of existing building (Manor and Pool House) to house a museum for Art. Project will be Design Bid Build project delivery. Budget: $3,100,000.00 Scope includes but is not limited to: Trades: selective demolition, concrete, cold-formed metal framing, metal fabrications, decorative metal railings, rough carpentry, sheathing, thermal insulation, vapor retarders, joint sealants, hollow metal doors & frames, wood doors, access doors & frames, side coiling fire & smoke rated doors with integral egress door, elevator smoke containment system, sectional doors, aluminum-framed entrances & storefronts, door hardware, glazing, mirrors, solar-control-films, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, resilient base & accessories, resilient sheet flooring, resilient tile flooring, interior painting, high-performance coatings, wall & door protection, tub & shower enclosures, fire protection cabinets & extinguishers, quartz agglomerate countertops, vertical wheel chair lifts, fire protection/sprinklers, plumbing, mechanical, testing & balancing, electrical, lighting, communication systems, fire alarm system, site clearing, excavation, geofoam lightweight fill, erosion & sediment control, concrete paving, irrigation, general planting requirements, topsoil, bioswale soil, and sodding.
