Site work for a civil project in North Quincy, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and bridge / tunnel.

The scope of work is further detailed in the specifications and includes repair damaged sections of the seawall, stabilize and rebuild outfall, install culverts, rip rap and splash wall as indicated, pave and sod areas as required. Expected contract duration is for 300 days. Prevailing wages shall apply. Bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid bond deposit of the amount bid. A performance and payment bond satisfactory to the Awarding Authority in the amount of 100% of the contract price, will be required of the successful bidder. Question Deadline 07/07/2026 at 12:00 PM ET. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
