MoDOT Northeast District Special Project Premix Delivery Terms Free On Board Destination Additional Delivery Information - Award of this IFB will be made on an "Group By Group" basis (Group 1 - Lancaster and Group 2 - Kirkville). All unit prices quoted must include the cost of delivery (F.O.B. - Destination). Final delivery completion deadline: May 14, 2021. Description The Missouri Department of Transportation Northeast District is seeking vendors to supply and deliver plant mix oil material (premix) to Lancaster (14,500 tons) and Kirksville (7,900 tons) beginning in the fall of 2020, and finishing in the spring with a deadline of May 14, 2021, if weather conditions do not permit completion in 2020. The Northeast District requires all responses to this solicitation be made electronically within MissouriBUYS. Payment Terms Net 30 Days Additional Payment Information - Upon receipt of correct invoices, if not fully completed in the fall, partial payment will be made for all materials delivered in 2020.
