Per the owner, as of January 21, 2022, the city rejected all proposals for this solicitation and no contract award was ever made. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .................. For RFP Engineering - East Grand Boulevard Storm Drain The City is soliciting proposals from firms and/or individuals with established knowledge and experience in all aspects of the services requested in this RFP for the East Grand Blvd Storm Drain Project. Consultant services shall generally include, but are not limited to, engineering design services for design of new storm drain, bidding and construction phase engineering support services, and preparation of plans, specs, construction schedule, and an engineer's estimate of probable cost for the new storm drain. A detailed scope of work is outlined in Section IV of this RFP document. The Consultant shall have well-qualified staff that are experienced in working with Riverside County Flood Control & Water Conservation District as this Project will be closely coordinated with them.
