Addition to an educational facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the addition of a 141,034-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
The project is the construction of an addition at Kwantlen Park Secondary, located at 10441 132 Street, Surrey, BC. The scope of work generally includes: a new 3-storey building extension for the existing school, comprising of 20 new classrooms and adjacent learning spaces. The addition will accommodate 500 students and a daycare facility. Bid Documents are available for review at the Vancouver Regional Construction Association (VRCA) Plan Room. All inquiries shall be directed to General Contractors, who will in turn will enter questions in Bonfire. If you wish to attend the closing via MS Teams, please send an email Deborah Gomersall at gomersall_d@surreyschools.ca not later than Tuesday, April 8, 2025 and asked to be included in the closing invitation.
