The four fans will be inoperable, out-of-service after completion of the work. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, material, equipment and supplies to perform the work. Refer to Section 2 for a detailed description of work to be performed. The work is located on Government-owned property at the Philadelphia Naval Business Center (PNBC) at Bldg 77H, 1000 Kitty Hawk Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19112.
