The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following 1. The Work includes, but is not limited to, all work necessary for the replacement of exterior windows and doors, door frames, and door hardware at multiple openings, removal of masonry veneer over windows and replacement of flashings and accessories, and touchup of adjacent finishes disturbed by replacement work. The Work also includes the removal and replacement of masonry veneer and related exterior wall components on all four gymnasium exterior walls, repair of multiple concrete landings, construction of new wall infill where indicated on the drawings. Hardware includes mechanical and electronic access system components for complete operating assemblies.
