Site work for a mixed-use development in Downers Grove, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
This project will be awarded at our November 19th Board of Park Commissioners meeting. The project is anticipated to start on or after November 30, 2020. We require that ALL bidders contact us (owner) directly to obtain the bid documents in order to bid. The Downers Grove Park District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. This Project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act.
