Project Description: the Project Includes Repair of Damaged Final Settling Tank No. 12, Including Removal and Replacement of Walkway, Platform and Miscellaneous Components; Replacement of the Drive Assembly for Existing Trickling Filters No. 5, 6, 7 and 8; Drive Shaft Replacement for Existing Drum Screen No. 2; and Buried Pipe Installation Required for Tie in of Existing 6-inch Diameter Scum Line to Existing Headworks Return Line. A Certified Check or Cashier's Check, payable to the Parish of East Baton Rouge or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid, shall be submitted with each bid.
