Please review the electronic bidding process in the front ends. Estimate: Under $12,000,000 1. Renovation of the lower level spaces to include accessible toilet rooms, offices, and support spaces. 2. New machine room-less traction elevator, shaft, and related work. 3. Additional masonry restoration to the interior and exterior faces of existing brick masonry and stone. 4. New exterior doors and fixed glass lites at the concourse level. 5. High Performance floor coatings at the concourse, vomitories, and arena seating areas. 6. Site work associated with exterior chillers and future Art-in-Architecture project. 7. New building electrical service 8. New sprinkler system. 9. Heating for the entire building. 10. Cooling for the lower level and concourse. 11. New lighting at facility. 12. AV/data/electrical upgrades to the Judges area. 13. AV/data upgrades for the building. 14. Removal and disposal of existing arena seating; a. Purchase and installation of new arena seating will be provided by State Fair Foundation. 15. Conduit, boxes, and various infrastructure for future shutters at clerestory, event lighting, and display panels (13% MBE) (5% WBE) percent
