Inter-Pacific The City of Ontario is requesting proposals from qualified firms for Low Voltage Cabling Services, which shall be provided under the general direction of the City Manager or his or her designee. The City anticipates awarding contracts with multiple vendors capable of meeting the requirements set forth in the Ontario Municipal Code and providing the best value to the residents, visitors, and businesses of the City of Ontario. All contracts awarded will cover a three (3) year period from October 1, 2020 through October 1, 2023. Q&A submission deadline is October 2 , 2020 at 3:00 PM PST. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted via electronically. Online QA - Yes. The City reserves the right to award its total requirements to one bidder, or to apportion those requirements among several Bidders as the City may deem to be in its best interests. Bidders must submit all questions pertaining to this bid through the City's Online Bid Management System, by selecting the "Q&A" tab. Questions sent directly to City Staff will not be addressed and you will be directed to submit your question(s) online.
