Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2020-10-07 The public body reserves the right to reject a bid from a bidder who, in the two (2) years prior to the opening of bids, has: Unsatisfied performance assessment by the public body; Failed to act on a bid or contract; Is the subject of a termination of contract because of its failure to comply with the terms of the contract. The offer must be submitted by a supplier with a facility in Quebec. Award subject to final approval.
