Renovation of an educational facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
General scope of work includes: This project will be a comprehensive turnkey retrofit of most air handlers across all of WTCC campuses to install needlepoint de-ionization devices sufficient to adequately treat the full supply airstream of the unit. The base bid will include 130 Air handlers as outlined in the project documents. Bids Will Be Received for Single Prime Construction Contracts. Consideration will be given only to Bids of Contractors who are able to submit evidence showing they are properly licensed under "An Act to Regulate the Practice of General Contracting", ratified by the General Assembly on March 10, 1925. The Trustees of Wake Technical Community College reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
