Principal items of construction will consist of three (3) concrete driveways with 18" RCP culverts and TxDOT SETs, regrading of the roadside ditch and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete project. SCOPE OF WORK Owner anticipates the scope of work to consist of the following responsibilities: The selected Respondent will be the general contractor for the Project, which is the construction of North EDC Driveways. The City anticipates the following items will be included in the scope of the Project: three (3) concrete driveways with 18" RCP culverts and TxDOT SETs, regrading of the roadside ditch; and all other appurtenances necessary for the complete Project. The Project will be designed and constructed so as to meet all applicable federal, state, and local accessibility standards. The selected Offeror will be also responsible for: obtaining all applicable permits and inspections; providing all necessary performance and payment bonds and insurance certificates; and providing the Owner with all manufacturers' warranties and all operations and maintenance (O & M) manuals for all equipment installed. The selected Offeror may be required to perform some or all of the following pre-construction and construction services. Preconstruction Services may include, but not necessarily be limited to, planning and value engineering the Work.
