The Project consists of gravity sewer rehabilitation to include: Raise manhole rims of 12 brick manholes; 225 VF of cementitious MH lining; installation of new MH rings and covers; installation of MH vents; 6.610 LF of CIPP installation (8-inch to 15-inch diameter); and 11,000 LF of sewer cleaning and CCTV. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office upon payment of $75 for a printed set. Electronic copies may be obtained at no charge by email request to mary.george@gmcnetwork.com. No refunds will be granted. Checks for Bidding Documents shall be payable to Goodwyn Mills & Cawood. Upon receipt of check as indicated above the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidders date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Bidder is solely responsible for verifying the most recent version of Bidding Documents, including any addenda, have been downloaded if electronic access has been requested. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office.
