Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services are required. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. Cyber Security Measures will be incorporated into this project. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided. Key personnel for construction are anticipated to include individual personnel for Site Superintendent, Project Manager, Quality Control Manager, Site Safety Health Officer, and QC specialized support to include specialized structural inspectors, commissioning agents, fire protection engineer, and sustainability/energy integration coordinator. The project will also require a full-time scheduler to maintain an accurate and complex schedule for USACE coordination utilizing Primavera scheduling software.
