As of January 25, 2023, this project appears to be under construction, possibly nearing completion.* Project consists of around 8,500 SF of office remodel at the Grand Forks City Hall. Separate bids will be received for scopes of work: Rough Carpentry, Millwork / Casework, Doors, Frames, Hardware, Glazing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Sprinklers, Mechanical and Electrical. The Grand Forks City Hall Renovation project will be constructed by multiple subcontractors; managed by PCL Construction/Community Contractors, a joint venture.
