Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Marieville, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 12,150-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade library; for site work for a library; and 10,700-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center.

Construction of a new structure that will triple the space currently occupied by the library located in the basement of the church. The new building will house a municipal library including a medialab, a work and reading space, relaxation areas. This new library will also provide shared space between library users and other users of the building, including community space, a multi-purpose room, a material depot, a main lobby and an exhibition area. TIMELINE: The owner has not received submissions for the Request for proposals AO-20-16-P-sp and cancelled it. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
