Bids to be for the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete and in place in accordance with the plans and specifications consisting of the following approximate quantities: 226 CU YD Common / Subgrade Excavation 597 LIN FT Sawing Pavement (Full Depth) 162 LIN FT Remove Curb and Gutter 409 SQ YD Remove Pavement 340 SQ FT Remove Concrete Walk 1691 CU YD Common Embankment 431 CU YD Aggregate Base Class 5 316 TON Bituminous Pavement 133 LIN FT Pipe Culvert 1 EACH Construct Drainage Structures 1479 SQ FT Concrete Walk 189 LIN FT Concrete Curb and Gutter 1 SYSTEM Pedestrian Crosswalk Flasher System Along with traffic control, temporary erosion control, turf establishment, signing, pavement markings, and related appurtenances. Bids must be on the basis of cash payment for the work and materials, and no bid will be considered unless sealed and filed with the City Clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, certified check, or bidder's bond, payable to the City, for not less than 5% of the bid, as a guarantee that the bidder will, within fifteen (15) days after notification of the award of contract, enter into an agreement with the City and furnish a bond for the full amount of the contract as provided by law. No Pre-Bid Meeting is proposed
