The Construction of the Anastasia Island Wastewater Treatment Facility Reuse System Improvements Project Requires the Contractor to Furnish All Labor, Materials, Equipment, and Incidentals Required to Perform the Work Described in the Specifications and as Shown on the Drawings, Including the Site Improvements, in-plant Reuse and Reuse Transfer Pump Station Improvements, Ground Storage Tank Standpipe Modifications, Yard Piping, Valves, and Appurtenances, Instrumentation, Electrical, and Permitting Per All Applicable St. Johns County Utility Department (Sjcud) Standards and as Provided in the Contract Documents. A Detailed Scope of Work Including Bid Items and Allowances Can Be Found in the Bid Documents. Prime Bidder Must Be Fully Licensed to Do Business in the State of Florida and Hold a Current Certified General Contractor's License at the Time the Bid is Due. Prime or Sub-contractor Performing Underground Utility Work Shall Be Fully Licensed to Do Business in the State of Florida and Hold a Current Certified Underground Utility Contractor's License. Bidders Must Have Successfully Completed, as a Prime or Sub-contractor, at Least Three (3) Projects, in the Past Five (5) Years, of Similar Type, Size and Dollar Value of the Project Described Herein.
