Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in River Ridge, Indiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
River Ridge New Elevated Water Storage Tanks And Water Main 2019-147 The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,960 linear feet of 16" PVC water main and fittings, valves, fire hydrants and other improvements associated with: the proposed water supply main along 8th Street, as well as additional proposed water mains at the 8th Street Tank Site, and additional proposed water mains at the International Tank Site. A portion of the proposed water main will be horizontally directionally drilled under existing asphalt pavement within the project limits. A portion of the proposed water main will be jack-and-bored under existing railroad within the project limits. The project consists of the construction of two (2), +-142'-tall, 98'-diameter, two-million-gallon (2 MG) Composite Elevated Water Storage Tanks, and othersite improvements and instrumentation and controls associated with the construction thereof, located at the 8th Street Site and the International Drive Site, as shown on the plans. Demolition of three (3) existing elevated tanks is also included in this project. The project consists of the construction of two (2), +-142'-tall, 98'-diameter, two-milliongallon (2 MG) Composite Elevated Water Storage Tanks, and other site improvements and instrumentation and control associated with the construction thereof, located at the 8th Street Site and the International Drive Site, as shown on the plans.
