Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Tangier, Nova Scotia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,300-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.
The intent of this bid call is to obtain an offer to perform work to complete a new sand storage building for DTIR Spry Bay Operations Base located at 20411 Highway 7, Tangier, Nova Scotia, for a Stipulated Price contract, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Substantial Performance of the project to be achieved on or before January 15, 2021 providing The Contract is awarded within 14 calendar days of Bid Closing Date and Time.
