Renovation of a water / sewer project in Oxnard, California. Design plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
As of November 28, 2022, an award has been made for this solicitation. A timeline for construction has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The City of Oxnard is requesting proposals from experienced consulting engineering firms to prepare plans, specifications, permits, and construction cost estimates, as well as provide bid phase and construction phase services, for the Primary Clarifiers and Activated Sludge Basins Improvement Project. The project includes, but is not limited to, seismic evaluation and structural improvements, replacement/upgrade of existing equipment, and improved safety measures. This Request for Proposal (RFP) provides information to enable firms to submit a proposal to provide professional services for the scope of work as detailed in Section 7.0. The City intends to issue a contract Notice to Proceed (NTP) to the selected Consultant (Consultant) in February 2021, to complete the project work within eight ( 8) months October 29, 2020: Final day for Questions Week of December 7, 2020 Consultant Interviews (at City discretion) February 2021: Tentative Award/Execution of Contract March 2021:Contract Notice to Proceed The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
