The work will be done as a multiple prime contract to include: General Construction work Site Construction Plumbing and Fire Protection work Mechanical work, and Electrical Work Convert an existing 1 story 8,400 sf metal building into a 2 story facility for the New Paltz Police Station and Courthouse. The Design will include alternates for demolition of existing concrete slab and pouring new slab with vapor barrier and sub-slab insulation, Covered Sally Port access w/ electronically controlled overhead door, interior finishes, landscaping and asphalt paving.
