The City of Delta is requesting proposals from qualified electrical engineering consultants to review potential locations for electric vehicle charging stations and provide a feasibility study. The main deliverable for this project is to provide a report to Delta that ranks the best candidate facilities for twenty (20) new Level 2 electric vehicle charging stations (EVCS). Secondary deliverables for this project include: provision of general specifications for new EVCS hardware and installation that Delta may use to tender to a design build contractor; review existing Level 2 chargers to provide 6 kW charging; recommend a candidate facility for Level 3 charger and assist with application for funding.
