Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the construction of a 61-square-foot, three-story above grade, 27-room, 464-seat educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Construction of a new elementary-high transition school on the site of the École Marie-Anne at the intersection of Sauvée East Street and Saint-Laurent Boulevard. The new school will house 27 elementary education rooms that may be converted into high education rooms for 464 students. The premises will include 21 classrooms and six specialized rooms - laboratories, workshops and multipurpose rooms. The new building will also house a simple gymnasium, a library, administrative offices, locker rooms and other service facilities. The scope of work also includes landscaping work. TIMELINE: The project budget was increased and the project was included in the list of projects with a value equal or exceeding $50M of the Quebec treasury board. The scope of work was redefined.
