Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Keene, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The proposed work shall include, but not be limited to the following: The installation of bicycle and pedestrian signage and 11,695 feet of shared lane and bike lane markings along West Street, Park Avenue and Summit Road. Improvements along West Street include reconstruction of some sidewalk ramps; Improvements to Ami Brown Road beginning at Skyline Drive and running to the Cheshire Rail Trail (approximately 3,400 ft.), including brush clearing, drainage, grading and a crushed stone dust surface; Upgrade of approximately 4,600 ft. of the existing Cheshire Rail Trail from Hurricane Road to Ami Brown Road including drainage, brush clearing, grading and crushed stone resurfacing; Installation of two trailhead sites including parking areas with grading, installation of a crushed stone surface and brush clearing/grubbing. One trailhead parking area is located near the intersection of Summit Ridge Drive and Summit Road and the other is located on Whitcombs Mill Road.
