Remodeling of a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. Completed plans call for the remodel of a medical facility.
**As of 12/15/2020 project was not yet been awarded. No estimated time frame yet. UMC is looking to identify superior proposers that can complete the refresh of the 7th Floor of the Trauma Building. Scope of Work includes: Renovation of the Lobby and Registration desk (including lobby restroom), flooring and paint in remaining patient rooms, refresh of L&D Triage/Ultrasound and Patient Restroom, refresh of the NICU, refresh of L&D Recovery and Patient Restroom, and create a Nourishment room for Patients/Families. University Medical Center of Southern Nevada (UMC) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide Remodeling Services. ESTIMATED COST: $1,530,000 PROJECT SCOPE OF WORK This project will complete the refresh of the 7 th Floor of the Trauma Building.
