The City of Pomona is soliciting bids from firms for ADA Path of Travel- Citywide (CDBG) (FY 17-18 to FY 19-20) Project No. 428-68555 and ADA Curb Ramps and Path of Travel- Citywide (FY 19-20) Project No. 428-67929. The work to be done consists of furnishing all materials, equipment, tools, labor and incidentals as required in the specifications and contract documents located in Documents and Attachment Tab. Online Q & A Deadline is October 14, 2020 by 3:00 PM (Pacific). Liquidated Damages: $1,500.00 Per Calendar Day The Work shall be commenced on the date stated in the Citys Full Notice to Proceed. All work to be done under this contract shall be completed within 60 consecutive working days for all the base bid work; and 30 consecutive working days for all the additive alternate work (if awarded, and if only a portion of the additive alternate work is awarded the allowed additive alternate working days will be prorated based on the dollar amount) beginning on the date stipulated in the written Notice to Proceed issued by the City Engineer Pre-Qualification for Bidders: Not Required License Type Required: A Submitted bid may be withdrawn at any time prior to the due date and time. No bid may be withdrawn after the due date and time.
