Site work and new construction of a communication facility in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the construction of a 844-square-foot communication facility; and for site work for a communication facility.
Deadline for questions – January 31st, 2022 This project constructs a 844 gross square foot, non-combustible building for a future Main Distribution Frame telecom installation to bring high speed internet to the Lake Wheeler Road Field Labs for teaching and research. The building requires redundant mechanical systems as well as a generator and security system. The State reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals. North Carolina State University has an affirmative policy of fostering, promoting and conducting business with minority owned enterprises. Minority contractors are encouraged to participate in the bidding process. Addendum #1-#3 have been issued as of 2-2-2022.
