Project Range: $1,800,000 - $2,200,000 The City-County Council, General Ordinance 21,2016, IC 4-13.6-4-2.5(d), and IC8-23-10-0.5(d) add new requirements for bids on public works projects. Pursuant to IC-4-13-18-5, the Bidder must submit with the Bid a written plan for a program to test the Bidder's employees for drugs. A Bid Bond or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the amount bid must be submitted with each Bid.
