Such electrical services will be to provide a supplement to PWCS personnel in making necessary electrical services. The Purpose and Intent of this Invitation for Bid is to establish a firm fixed hourly rate contract with one (1) or more qualified sources for the procurement of Electrical Services for Prince William County Public Schools, herein referred to as PWCS, in accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions stated herein. The initial term of this contract shall be from Date of Award to October 30, 2025, with the option to renew for five (5) additional one-year periods, one year at a time, upon mutual written consent of the parties to the contract. Proposed prices shall remain firm for the initial term of the contract As the Contract Administrator, the following individual, or his designee, shall serves as the interpreter of the conditions of the contract and shall use all powers under the contract to enforce its faithful performance.
