Epperson North Community Development District hereby requests proposals to provide services relating to the following: Epperson North Tyndall Road, Wesley Chapel, FL Request for proposals to provide services relating to construction and/or installation of roadway improvements including, but not limited to, paving, grading, paint markings, signage, stormwater systems, water, force main and reclaimed main extensions as more specifically set forth in the Project Manual. The District has the right to reject any and all proposals, make modifications to the work, and waive any minor informalities and irregularities in proposals as it deems appropriate, if it determines in its discretion that it is in the best interest of the District to do so. In Addition, this project is subject to the availability of funds and the project may be cancelled if funds are not available. The successful proposer must execute a contract with the District and file the requisite Performance and Payment Bonds and insurance within fourteen (14) calendar days after the receipt of the Notice of Award. Any person who wishes to protest the Bid Package, or any component thereof, shall file with the District a written notice of protest within seventy-two (72) hours after the Bid Package is made available, and shall file a formal written protest with the District within seven (7) calendar days after the date of timely filing the initial notice of protest.
