Construction of a new, 2 story fire station w/ Day Room, Bedrooms, Office, Apparatus Bay and Storage Rm. The project requires development of a 5,603 SF building on a 1.17 acre site, located southeast of the intersection of I-30 Frontage Road and Mountain View Road, Benton, Arkansas. To ensure selection of the lowest responsible bidder, all proposals shall be reviewed by the Mayor of Benton, the Project Architect, and the Benton Fire Chief. We are seeking a General Contractor who is thoroughly familiar with this size of project, this type of construction, and with a proven track record demonstrating delivery of similar scopes on schedule and within budget.
