Renovation of a mixed-use development in Vinita, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for the renovation of a warehouse / distribution facility.

GRDA is requesting high voltage transformer maintenance services for the purpose of changing out the Load Tap Changer mechanism on a FPE/SWE transformer located at the GRDA warehouse. The maintenance work is to be done on-site. The bidder is to provide a firm price quote for performing all work required to replace the old LTC with a new LTC as specified. The bidder is also to provide and install an Incon 1292 tap position transmitter during the process. Equipment Data: Load Tap Changer: Existing Load Tap Changer: Federal Pacific Electric TC546 Replacement Load Tap Changer: Reinhausen RMV Transformer: Transformer: FPE/SWE Transformer Serial Number: 50108-1/30441183 Required Services: As a minimum, the Bidder will provide the following: Personnel and equipment travel to the substation site Removal of the old LTC mechanism and leads Installation of an external bolt-on adapter flange box, new Reinhausen LTC mechanism and new replacement leads Provision and installation of a new, Incon 1292 transmitter on the Reinhausen LTC mechanism Testing and adjusting the new equipment to insure proper functioning Returning the removed LTC and old leads to GRDA for disposal Any other additional work or service required to make the new LTCs functional and operational Policing the work area to remove from the site all rags, towels, and expendables used by the bidder in performing these services All needed equipment, tools, and expendables required for the LTC replacement (except for oil) shall be provided by the bidder. GRDA will supply the following services: Provide access to the warehouse yard work site Drain and store the LTC oil Fill the new LTC with oil Witness testing and ensure proper operation of the new LTC. A completed non-collusion certificate is required and must be submitted with your bid. This form must be signed by an authorized representative of your company in the space provided in the lower right hand corner of this form. The award to the successful bidder will be based on the lowest and best bid received that meets the specifications listed below and the requirements herein. Preference may be given to vendors that accept EPay as method of payment if analysis estimates that such appears to result in a lower cost to GRDA. Additional payment terms may also be taken into consideration in the analysis process. The brand names, model(s), part number(s) provided herein are for comparable quality and identification purposes only and equivalent bids may be submitted. GRDA will take into consideration past performance and ability to meet delivery deadlines in the evaluation. Questions will be received until October 7, 2020 at 2:00 PM CT to shane.pickett@grda.com Bidders should list the cost to provide these units by: 1) December 31, 2020 2) By the bidder's optimum delivery date. Bidders should specify their optimum delivery date in their bid response.
