Renovation of a medical facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Sub-trade tenders for the following trades will close through the Bid Depository and shall be submitted electronically via email to the Construction Association of New Brunswick (CANB) on Tuesday November 3, 2020 at 2:00:00 PM local time. Divisions 26, 27 and 28 - Electrical Procedures for Bid Depository tendering via email are available at the CANB website www.constructnb.ca . The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labour, materials, equipment, machinery, plant and all other items necessary to complete all mechanical systems. This shall include, but not be limited to the following: 1 New sprinkler heads. 2 Plumbing and drainage systems; 3 Plumbing fixtures; 4 Existing Medical gas systems demolition; 5 Addition of pneumatic tube system station and piping; 6 Hot, cold and recirculation water piping; 7 Valves and fittings; 8 Hydronic piping, valves, fittings, and sensors; 9 Water balancing; 10 Exhaust fans,ductwork, fire dampers, heating coils; 11 Grilles and diffusers; 12 Air balancing; 13 BacNET Direct Digital Controls system; 14 Space temperature sensors, relays and control panel; Bidding contractors must register with the office of the Consultant, Architects Four Limited 506-857-8601 ext 2740 in order to receive addenda.
