Site work, asbestos abatement and renovation of an educational facility in Lancaster, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility; for site work for a educational facility; and for asbestos abatement for a educational facility.
Project consists of removal and replacement of flooring and base in classrooms and associated offices and storerooms. Bid bond payable to the owner shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, to re-advertise for new bids and to waive informalities and irregularities in connection with any bid. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
