Site work for a water / sewer project in Lewisville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Proposals may be modified or withdrawn at any time prior to the time set for opening Bids. The project includes, but is not limited to, dredging a water treatment plant recycle pond for removal, hauling, and disposal of residual solids offsite and the installation of a floating silt curtain. Proposals shall be accompanied by either a Bid Bond from a surety satisfying the requirements specified in the contract or certified check upon a national or state bank in an amount not less than 5 percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price, payable without recourse to UTRWD as a guarantee that the Bidder will within ten (10) days after Notice of Award enter into a Contract and furnish a Performance Bond, Payment Bond and any other bonds set forth in the Contract Documents. UTRWD reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids or parts of bids, to waive any informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid most advantageous to the OWNER. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety (90) days from the date bids are opened. The deadline to ask questions is 10/19/2020 12:00 AM CDT
