Construction of a 42-storey mixed-use residential tower to cope with booming enrollment numbers. Comprised of a 13-storey base and a 29-storey tower, this podium-tower will provide students with over 500,000 sq ft of mixed-use institutional and residential programming, including classrooms and academic facilities for the Faculty of Science. The 202 Jarvis Street project will be Canada's largest IPD tower. TIMELINE: Project remains on hold. Scope of work is subject to change. Construction start timelines have yet to be finalized by the owner.
