Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Phoenix, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a transportation facility; and for paving for a transportation facility.

This is part of Sky Harbor International Airport Phase 2 projects. The total estimated cost is $1.2 billion. This project will: build a new West Terminal Concourse costs: $361 million. As of March 23, 2026, the project is in planning stages with a Program Definition Document completed by end of 2026. Design anticipated to start early 2027. Contractor selection is anticipated for 2027. Method of selection has not been determined at this time and could be CMAR, Design/Build or Progressive Design/Build. Planning, enabling and design is anticipated to take 3.5 years.
