Actual award amount: $32,142.40 Estimated Project Value: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 The work consists of milling and re-paving the existing parking lot at the facility, located at 919 Durham Road, Penndel, PA 19047 The bidders attention is called to the fact that the Davis Bacon Prevailing Wage Act applies to this contract, and that the successful bidder shall [ay no less than the wage rates determined for the project area as set forth in the Contract documents. Each bid must include Bid Security, a certified check, bank check or bid bond issued by a surety licensed to conduct business in the state of PA, in the amount of 5% of the total contract amount including all Add Alternates, payable to Penndel Mental Health Center. Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the contract amount will be required to be furnished by the successful bidder with a corporate surety approved by Penndel Mental Health Center.
