This project is estimated to go out to bid in the spring of 2026. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Department of Public Works of the City of Jacksonville, Florida, will require the professional services of a firm/consultant to provide Professional Engineering Services for the Liberty Street Marina Project (P-40-20). The City of Jacksonville is an Equal Opportunity Employer and encourages expressions of interest for the described services from Jacksonville Small Emerging Businesses (JSEB) and Minority Business Enterprises (MBE). There is not a pre-proposal meeting scheduled for this RFP. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
