New Bedford Housing Authority Dottin Place Window Replacement The Work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, supervision and incidentals required for the removal and replacement of exterior windows and trim and interior remedial finish work, including gypsum wallboard, wood trim and painting for (8) residential apartment buildings (#6,#7,#8,#9,#10,#13,#14 and #15) under the base bid with the following alternates: Alternate #1 (buildings #5,#11 and #12); Alternate #3 (buildings #3,#4 and #17); Alternate #3 (buildings A and M) at the Dottin Place Housing Complex located in New Bedford, MA in accordance with the documents prepared by Michael Kim Associates, 1 Holding Street #3, Brookline, MA 02445. All field dimensions/ quantities shall be verified by the Contractor. All existing materials and debris shall be removed and disposed of in accordance with all applicable State, Federal, and Local Codes and Regulations; All work shall be done in compliance with all Federal, State and Local Building Codes; All work to be done in strict compliance with the manufacture's installation requirements. When local codes and application instructions are in conflict, the more stringent requirements shall take precedence. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide any and all PPE equipment in relation to working under COVID-19 for the duration of the project. PPE equipment include face masks and gloves for all employees when entering any NBHA building. Sanitization equipment must be provided by the Contractor & used at the end of each workday when working within NBHA buildings. Sanitization equipment such as disinfectant spray wands and wipes are acceptable.
